Port Douglas Carnivale weekend is being held from the 24-26 May 2019.
Held in one of the most beautiful parts of the world and attracting locals and visitors alike to celebrate the start of our tourism season.
Macrossan Street Parade - 24th May 2019
Carnivale starts with the very iconic Macrossan Street Parade. This year’s theme is Silver and Sunshine.The Parade starts at 6.30pm with an abundance of colourful floats, stilt walkers, fire twirlers and followed by a fantastic fireworks display at 8.00pm.The night continues on with live music, amusement rides, food stalls, Port Douglas restaurants and bars for everyone to enjoy!
Longest Lunch - 24th May 2019
Seated under cover on one long table, tantalise your tastebuds with a stunning display of local fresh seafood, produce and meats together with excellent wines and beers.Be entertained by musicians under the palm trees of beautiful Rex Smeal park.
Eskimo Joe Live Concert - 25th May 2019
