All prices displayed on this web-site represent Low-Season prices (November- May) excluding Christmas - New Year, Easter and Public Holidays, etc. All prices are subject to change. Extra bed rates apply. A surcharge may be charged for overnight stays (1 night only) at the discretion of Management.

To pre-book your stay here, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to confirm a booking. Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard and Visa), cash or money order. The balance of the rental for the remainder of the stay is payable upon arrival/check-in before occupancy commences. Furthermore, all Guests are to be paid in advance at all times. Cancellation policy applies – see below.

The rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and are to be vacated by 10.00am. If you are not leaving until later in the day, you are welcome to leave your baggage with Reception. Early check-in and late departure is subject to availability. If you require a late departure please enquire at Reception to see if this is possible – a late check-out fee of $15 per hour may apply – $50.00 up to 2.00 p.m. or a full day tariff after this time. Upon vacating/ checking-out of room, please return all keys to Reception.

Only the number of guests paid for and showing on the receipt may stay in the room overnight.

The rooms are serviced weekly. Extra services can be requested at an additional cost. All bed and bathroom linen is provided. For the convenience of guests, coin operated washing machines and dryers (3 x $1.00 coins each) & ironing facilities are available. The guest laundry is located adjacent to the swimming pool. Laundry hours are 7.00am to 9.30pm. Washing powder is available at Reception ($2.00).

Should the room not be left in a reasonable, clean and tidy state, any cleaning costs above and beyond the normal, guests may be liable for excess cleaning charges.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking and we are unable to re-let the room for the total period of the original booking, you may forfeit your deposit.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
