The trip to Port Douglas takes approximately a one hour's drive from Cairns Airport and is one of the most spectacular and scenic drives in Australia.

The Port Douglas Motel is located in the centre of Port Douglas and is easy to find by following these simple instructions:

1. Turn right after leaving Cairns Airport and travel north away from Cairns, along Captain Cook Highway for approximately 60 kilometres (approx. 40 miles).
2. Then turn right off Captain Cook Highway at sign to Port Douglas and follow Road into town for approximately 5 kilometres (approx. 3 miles). Port Douglas Motel is located approximately 20 metres before Macrossan Street - the " main retail strip " in Port Douglas.
